To create an account, head on over to our account registration page. There, you’ll just need to answer some quick questions and upload your documents for verification. Once you’re verified and approved, you can start trading!
Join accounts have two or more account holders on them, each of whom will have full rights, access and control over the accounts. To register for a joint account, please contact our customer support team who will be able to get you started!
Corporate accounts are opened and funded in the name of a company, rather than an individual. To open a corporate account, visit our account registration page and choose the ‘corporate account’ option.
As standard, you can open up to five MT4 or MT5 accounts at a time. If you’d like to open more, that’s totally fine – just contact our customer support team who will be able to increase the account cap for you.
You may not be able to open a Eurotrader account if your country is in a restricted location or if you cannot provide sufficient KYC documentation. If you are having difficulties opening an account, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to help!
Yes, we do offer swap-free accounts (otherwise known as Islamic or Sharia-compliant accounts).
Acceptable POA documents include: bank statements, utility bills (landline, broadband, gas, electric and water), official council documents (such as council tax bills) and official government-issued documents (such as driving licences).
Documents we are unable to accept include: mobile phone bills, purchase receipts, handwritten documents, insurance documents, letters from your bank other than a bank statement and no credit card statements. We also can’t accept photo uploads of documents where the information is obscured. Our KYC team uses a degree of discretion to decide whether a document is acceptable or not.
Swaps – (otherwise known as overnight fees) – only apply to speculative leveraged products such as CFDs and spread bets. The fees are applied to the portion of a leveraged trade provided by the broker or bank, so no, they generally don’t apply to the buying and selling of physical assets.
These do not differ between account types which charge swaps (so swap-free accounts are an exception). All products and pairs are charged at a particular rate. For more specific information, please check the specification ticket on MetaTrader!
That depends on your account type! Our Micro accounts currently offer the lowest minimum deposit amount at just 50 USD, EUR or GBP.
We’re afraid not! We currently don’t operate a dealing desk, and all orders and trades must be placed on our platforms by the client. If you have any issues opening and closing positions, please contact our customer support team.
